Multiple sources tell Florida News Center that changes are coming to Sarasota’s WWSB. Calkins Media, the owners of WWSB, has fired President and General Manager Manny Calvo and Director of Programming Colleen Marone. So far there is no word on why Calvo and Marone are being fired and who will replace them. Stay tuned for further information.

UPDATE: Rumors abound on why Manny Calvo and Colleen Marone were fired today. The leading rumor (and remember this is an unsubstantiated rumor, however one that has been heard from several mouths) is that Calvo and Marone were involved in a relationship…Calkins brass found out, which led to the termination of the two.
